Flips & Tumbles is an indoor trampoline, tumbling and parkour gym in Wigram, with a full-sized trampoline hall for kids aged three and up plus a separate jungle room just for littlies under five. Open sessions let kids loose on sprung floors, Olympic-standard trampolines, climbing walls and a purpose-built parkour setup, while term classes build actual skills for those wanting more structure, from preschool tumbling through to teen parkour and competitive trampoline squads.

The toddler jungle room has soft play, a ball pit and smaller gear scaled for little bodies, and a parent needs to stay on the floor supervising rather than watch from the side. Outside class times you'll find birthday parties (with an option just for toddler parties), a school holiday programme and drop-off Kids Night Out sessions for the older kids. There's free parking on site, and most families settle in for an hour or so.
