BOUNCEinc Takanini is a big indoor trampoline park on Great South Road in Takanini, South Auckland. There are more than 60 interconnected trampolines plus dodgeball and basketball courts, an air bag, a wall climb and the X-Run obstacle course, so there's plenty to burn off energy on a wet or cold day.
The X-Run and Wall Climb need closed-toe shoes and a minimum height of 110cm, so they suit school-age kids best. Little ones aren't left out though: there's a dedicated miniBOUNCE area for under-fives who can walk unassisted. Everyone needs grip socks on the trampolines, either bought there or brought from another Bounce venue for a small swap fee.
You don't need to book ahead, but reserving a session online is worth doing in the school holidays or on weekends when it gets busy. There's a café on site for a coffee while the kids jump, and air-conditioning keeps things comfortable even when it's packed.
