Sensory Hour at Redwood Library
- Monday 27 July - Monday 21 September 2026 · 17:00 – 18:00
Sensory Hour is aimed specifically at children and adults with sensory sensitivities, who may experience difficulties using a large, busy library with lots of noise, lights and people. They may be easily distracted by their external environment and find it hard to focus and concentrate.
During our sensory hour, we will be turning off some of the artificial lighting and minimising the activities happening in the library. Library staff will be available, but will maintain a low profile.
